Trowback Thursday Challenge #5!

Hello crafty friends:

Today card join the Throwback Thursday Challenge #5 from Wplus 9.  Click here for the complete details about this challenge.  I used one interpretation of the inspiration cards by Maureen Merritt.

 

Here is my card.  I created the wreath by tracing a circle on watercolor paper, then, stamp with distress ink the peonies from Pretty Little Peonies Stamp.  My sentiment is from Basic Banner using the coordinated die.  Also, add twine and some dots.  I hope you liked!

Faux Techniques!

Hello crafty friends:

It's time for another challenge from Lawnscaping Blog.  This challenge consist in trying something new.  It can be something simple or as advanced as you like.  You can click here for the complete rules. 

Well, I choose the simple, haha  Recently, I saw a video using the faux techniques using the die that you have.  It's my first time trying to do something like this.  And here is my final result.  I love it!  I used some heart die that I placed where I wanted.  My images and sentiment is from Love you tons stamp and cut with the coordinate die from Lawn Fawn.  I hope you liked!
